综合薪资3500~8500元，以上岗位要求年满18-50周岁，男女不限，熟手可享补助津贴，福利1,公司提供住宿，宿舍热水，生活费公司补助5元/餐，其余由个人承担,2,公司实行全个人计件制,月计件工资约3500-7500元,新进员工提供免费培训,3,新进员工管理薪资，新进员工技能没有达到计件标准水平时，公司将给予当地基本工资80-100元/天，并根据技能掌握程度作适当的补助，4，公司全勤奖、工龄奖、待料补助、节假日发放礼品,5、员工上班整月以上公司给予全勤奖 (200/月):半年以上公司给予工龄奖(每满半年补助30元/月/人)。在公司上班半年以上享受婚假、病假、丧假 (直属亲人)3天的休假(附有相关有效证明) 免扣全勤奖，6上班时间8:00-19:10，月休2-4天，7，针车熟手、电脑车熟手、裁断手在2024年1月20号前入职可享1000元补助津贴，2024年1月21号-2024年6月30号前入识可享600元补助津贴(工作必须满一年)
